Deactivating device and replacing with new device

I have 3 devices on Teamviewer, only 2 of which i use. The 3rd device is an old Imac I no longer have. I want to replace this but TeamViewer wont allow me to deactivate and replace. What can I do?

    Based on your description, it sounds like you are getting an error message that says something along the lines of being out of moves, or license moves.

    I highly suggest reaching out to our Support Team so we can look into your license in detail and see if we can do anything about your moves.
