other pc can't hear my microfone
Hey.
I am a manager at a customer service and support company.
Sometimes, when one of my reps gets into trouble with a particular client,
I ask him to transfer the call to me,
But in some cases I would be interested in teamviewer into his computer and then continuing the conversation from there (instead of him transferring the call to me)
The problem is, I can't hear the client and the client can't hear me.
How can I make it so that when I connect to another computer - the microphone of my computer will also work on the other computer and recognize it as if it were the computer's built-in microphone
And how can I be able to hear the customer?
All the settings are fine tuned and it still doesn't help.

Hello @yeeye
Welcome to our Community and thank you for your first post! 🌏️
As of right now, the option to input audio local to the starting point and have the ending point receive this as if you were local to the endpoint, speaking into the mic there, is currently not a feature within our application.I encourage you that if you have a license with us to create a support ticket with us so we can submit an internal feature request on your behalf so that we can let our Development team be aware that we have users who would like to see this feature.
You can create a ticket from our support page tagged below.
Please note that once we submit this feature request internally using your ticket, it does not guarantee that the feature will be added. It just lets our development team be aware of the interest towards the feature.
As for not hearing the audio on the endpoint computer. I would suggest that while in your remote session select the "Communicate" tab at the top of the session > ensure there is a checkmark next to "Computer Sound".This will allow you to hear all of the audio on the endpoint device as if you were the one local to it.
I hope this answers your question about audio input, and please let us know how it goes with being able to hear the endpoint audio. 👍️
