Showing as Blocklisted when trying to connect to another machine?
I had to reinstall windows on my PC, re-setup Teamviewer, but can no longer connect with a friend without it saying 'you are Blocklisted or not allowlisted'? I have previously been accessing this for years.

We are sorry to hear that you can´t connect with your friend.
In this case we suggest you check in the remote device that your ID is not included in the Blocklisted partners option. For this please ask you friend to open TeamViewer and go to the Security settings and check, as we show you in the images below:
Click on Configure and check that in the option Deny access for the following partners your ID in not in the Blocklisted partners:
Finally restart the TeamViewer and retry to connect
