I've just been charged for a yearly subscription - I want a refund.

I signed up to the trial but I'm quite sure I cancelled the subscription.

Today I've just been charged, and trawling through the settings I see nowhere where it says that I have an active account and I cannot submit a ticket either.

What am I supposed to do in this situation?

    When I go into Licences, it shows I have a "Free" one with the option to upgrade.

    I don't understand how I've been charged here for £516.96?

    To update anyone here, Teamviewer will not refund me because I didn't cancel within 30 days of the free trial.

    A disgraceful policy and one everyone needs to look out for.
