TeamViewer in Safe Mode With Networking - CrowdStrike Outage

We are a TeamViewer customer with about 1300 workstations.

Has anyone had luck getting TeamViewer to work in Safe Mode with Networking? We still have hundreds of remote users that need to get fixed due to the BSOD CrowdStrike issue. I seen **Third Party Product** works in Safe Mode with Networking and I was wondering if there is a way to start services or some other work around to connect to our remote users machines.

    Hi @Jackery,
Welcome to our Community and thanks for your question!

TeamViewer allows you to remotely reboot the partner device in safe mode during the remote session. The feature however requires a specific license.
If your current license doesn't have this feature, we encourage you to contact our sales team to discuss a possible upgrade.

I hope this information can help you!
Let us know if we can clarify any further questions.
    Best, Carol

I am not asking how to reboot in safe mode. I am asking if TeamViewer can function in safe mode. My team has tested this and I can now answer

NO, TeamViewer does not work in Safe Mode with Networking! You cannot start the TeamViewer service in Safe Mode.
