I have a Business license for access, and when I try to establish a connection, it says that my license is in use, but in reality, it is not. What can I do? I have already restarted both computers.

Thank you so much for contacting us again.
Business licenses have only one channel so when you receive the message that your license is in use it could be that your channel wasn´t properly closed.
To properly close a session, you have to click on the square with the X, on the right corner of your remote session toolbar as is shown in the following screenshot:

However, if you still receive the message, have a license and you´re urged to use your channel, we recommend reaching out to our customer support team. They can assist you in resolving the issue promptly by disconnecting the connection with your consent.
