Hi TV Support.
I've been trying to submit the form to reclaim my free licence as my account has been locked due to suspected commercial use.
I have been trying for several days now across a few devices and links and each time I try to submit the form it successfully validates and then proceeds to submitting where it hangs for a few moments and then fails with an error message.
I am stuck in a support loop here. I can't login to support to report the issue as I only have a free account and I am booted out of chat by the bot when I try to report it there. This is the only place I can log this issue with your form in the hope that you can fix it and that I can submit my form and get my access restored.
I am based in Sydney, Australia.
