Is it possible to export a report that includes machine hostnames and TeamViewer ID

I am just wondering if it is possible to export a report of machine hostnames and their TeamViewer ID.

The reason for this is that we have noticed duplicate machines, retired machines and incorrectly named machines on the management console and we want to clean up to reduce our licence usage.

I have attempted to use the TeamViewer API via PowerShell, however the data it extracts is blank.

Has anyone had success with obtaining this data, if so are you able to advise?

Hi Carol,

I have followed both of the above support guides and have used the powershell command provided in the "Exporting a list of my Computers" guide.

There doesn't seem to be any kind of error with the connection and the data seems to pull down, but the .json and .csv files are blank.

I reached out to support already and they provided the same steps as you have in this guide.

Any ideas what might be preventing the data from exporting?
