i want to set my own personal password on team viewer in advanced setting but the tab is not active
Hello @moustafa_hammady Welcome to our Community and thank you for your first post! 🌏️ When you say the tab is "not active", do you mean the area where it says Personal Password is greyed out and cannot be edited? If so, then that may mean that in the Advanced settings area, after you scroll down almost to the bottom, under TeamViewer options, the box for Changes require administrative rights on this computer may be checked off.
If you find this box is checked off, then you will want to run the TeamViewer application as a local admin, then either put in the Personal Password OR deselect that checkbox so the requirement for local admin rights is no longer needed. Let us know how it goes and if you need further help. 👍️
