Credit reform bill
I don't want to renew my Team Viewer account. My license expired, and now I'm being contacted by credit reform saying that I have to pay up for June 2024-2025. Why am I being charged for this? I don't want to continue with the service.
Now I can't even lodge a support ticket because they have canceled my licence anyway but still want me to pay for it?
Who can I contact regarding this?

All cancellation requests must be processed by the designated team - our Community won't be able to assist you with the cancelation.
