Can't connect to a remote desktop with Team Viewer unless I connect with Windows Remote Desktop firs

Hi, I can't connect to a remote desktop with Team Viewer unless I connect with Windows Remote Desktop first and once inside, if I disconnect from Remote Desktop the Team Viewer connection fails. The window turns black and if I try to reconnect with Team Viewer a message appears saying that the partner is not connected to the internet or his account is not yet active. If I try to reconnect to the Remote Desktop, the connection to Team Viewer starts to work again. How to solve?

Thank you.

    Hi @Valter112545 ,
Welcome to our Community and thanks for your first post!

Is the device you're trying to connect to a Windows server? If yes, please know that Windows servers will have multiple IDs (the server ID and the user IDs).

To be able to remotely connect with a user ID, the user must be open (you may be using Remote Desktop to open the user). If you use the server ID for the connection, you will be able to choose which user you want to sign in. For more details please check our article: https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/global/support/knowledge-base/teamviewer-remote/remote-control/use-teamviewer-remote-on-windows-servers/

I'm looking forward to your reply. 🙋‍♀️
