I am in Ireland. I have a laptop in Australia, I want to connect remotely and work away

I have to undertake point cloud registration using large data sets and specific software that is set up and licensed on an alienware laptop in Australia. My employer in Australia has set up the laptop so I can work away while they sleep. I want to use TeamViewer to do this and require unattended access so I can log in, transfer data and operate the laptop at any time from Ireland. How do I go about doing this?

Thank you for wanting to use TeamViewer to meet your remote access needs. 😀

I would suggest that since you are going to be using TeamViewer commercially that you reach out to our Licensing team so that we can get you set with a license that best fits your needs.

Once you get set with a license, you can then work on getting that unattended access setup by following the directions outlined in the Knowledge Base article below.
