How do I delete a PC from My Managed Devices

I have a PC with the latest version of TeamViewer installed. When I searched for the PC, there are two entries that are shown. However, one of those will not show the properties. When you click on Properties, only the description box pops up.

I uninstalled TeamViewer, including the settings, from the user's PC. One entry was deleted, while one remains under My Managed Devices. How do I remove this device.

    Welcome to our Community and thank you for your first post! 🌏️

    Your issue is which user interface you are using along with trying to work with a managed device.

    A managed device has full compatibility for management in the new user interface rather than the classic interface. That is why when you go to properties for this device you are not seeing the option to delete.

    You can either go to web.teamviewer.com or swap to the new user interface and then follow the directions outlined in the Knowledge Base article pasted below to delete this device.
