Keyboard shortcut to leave remote window in full screen and return to host

I hate using the mouse, because it slows me down :(

With remote desktop e.g. I can use Ctrl-Alt-Pos1 for switching between remote and host.

Isn't there a keyboard shortcut(on WIndows-OS) for TeamViewer to switch from remote window to host and vice versa?
