Why can I not have two sessions running at the same time?

Hello all! I currently am set-up under a Commercial account where we have the availability to remote in to multiple sessions at the same time.

Rarely do I need to be in more than 1 session at a time, but over the course of the last year when I have needed to, I get booted out of at least one session if not both.

I think this might have something to do with the settings on my computer, but for the life of me, I cannot figure out why this is happening.

Do I need to fully uninstall TeamViewer and reinstall it?

OR

Could this be a virus of some sort on my laptop?

Any help is appreciated!!

    Hello @Dee47,

We are happy to have you back in our Community.

As you mentioned, having a Commercial account, we deduct you have a license, so yes, you could have multiple sessions. So, our first suggestion would be to perform an uninstallation of our software following the steps indicated in the link below:

    Uninstall TeamViewer Remote on Windows

Once it´s done, please download the latest version of TeamViewer available on our website and retry.

Please keep us posted on the results so we can provide further assistance if needed.

    Have a nice day.
