Connecting to Remote Computer

Hello. Since I have not been able to get any support from the company that has worked. I thought I would try th community. A few years ago, we began using TeamViewer to remotely connect to our studio computer. Since we were finding it so useful, I opted for the paid version to do the right thing. This was 2 1/2 years ago. Since activating the paid account, I have never been able to connect since. My partner still can, using his free account. I tried to cancel my account in December 2023, but was told I had missed the cancellation window, so I have paid for two years of unusable service. Any ideas out there as to how to actually connect with a paid account?

    After the purchase, you should have received two emails - the invoice and the activation email.
    All our activation guides can be found here.

    Also, you should be able to manage your subscription using our Customer Portal.
    If you have any trouble activating the Customer Portal, please contact our support team directly.

  • I received the activation email, just have never been able to connect. I went through some troubleshooting steps with Support, but nothing has ever worked, so I eventually just gave up. I did not have any trouble before upgrading to the paid version. I thought I was doing the right thing, but have regretted paying ever since.
