Hello. Since I have not been able to get any support from the company that has worked. I thought I would try th community. A few years ago, we began using TeamViewer to remotely connect to our studio computer. Since we were finding it so useful, I opted for the paid version to do the right thing. This was 2 1/2 years ago. Since activating the paid account, I have never been able to connect since. My partner still can, using his free account. I tried to cancel my account in December 2023, but was told I had missed the cancellation window, so I have paid for two years of unusable service. Any ideas out there as to how to actually connect with a paid account?
