Why doesn't Team Viewer allow an upgrade?
I have attempted to pay for the upgrade through Team Viewer twice and it will not allow me. Does anyone know why?

If you are getting any error messages when it comes to trying to pay for the upgrade, we would suggest to check with your financial institution to make sure there isn't a hold being placed there.
We would strongly suggest that if you continue to have issues trying to upgrade through the web store, that you reach out to our licensing team via any of the methods outlined in the link below.Contact Sales (teamviewer.com)

Nothing to do with my financial account. I think it has something to do with my travels. GPS is being scrambled in my area and not sure if Team Viewer can't see where I'm actually located. I'll reach out to them but usually you can't reach out to them unless you already have a license.
