Help Needed: "IDS_STATUS_MSG_NOROUTE_SessionLimit" Error (Premium License)

Hello TeamViewer Community,
I’m encountering an issue with TeamViewer and would appreciate any assistance. I’m getting the error message "IDS_STATUS_MSG_NOROUTE_SessionLimit" when I try to connect to my remote PC.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
- Disconnected my remote PC from any devices.
- Deleted the remote devices and readded them.
- Restarted the TeamViewer host on both the local and remote devices.
- Restarted the host PC itself.
Despite these steps, the error persists.
I am using a Premium license, which allows me to connect to 3 remote devices. However, I am currently only using 1 remote device.
Has anyone else encountered this issue or have any additional suggestions for resolving it?
