I say, the company simply ignores everyone and doesn't warn us about anything! The company was obliged to warn its clients about the plans. Our clients are suffering, they tell us to use LAN, we did not purchase a license for LAN

It looks like anybody hadn't been informed about changes, we haven't got any letters about current changes. Yours customer support repeat one common message as magic answer to our question. Could you share here the information about outdated software versions.

Whilst we understand your concerns, it is common practice in the software industry that software providers end the support of discontinued license types.
As per the terms of purchase, there is no legal or contractual obligation that TeamViewer must provide server services indefinitely.Β
That said, you are still able to use it within your own network.

These stories about servers and vulnerabilities look very funny. The company Teamviewer treats us like stupid people. No one received a notice about impending changes with the license, not to mention the complete shutdown of the servers of old products, this is a fact. The fact that Teamviewer employees answer differently in created tickets and even in this discussion suggests that the company has not even thought through a correct response form for this situation and dodges a direct answer.But explain it again, why did the license just disappear? There were no and never any notes that your license now has restrictions or will stop working completely? The company Teamviewer just deleted it!
I didn't receive any letters either, although look at the screenshot.
I don't have version 8 but 11 premium.
the topic is about version 11, but there is no response from anyone, we have not received any notifications!!! Give us time to transfer users to other products or provide us with discounts and benefits!
