Trying to get user to use JoinCompany link

Hello,

I have a user who downloaded and installed TeamVewier 12 and then registered on the Teamviewer site. Unfortunately he should have been under our TeamViewer Manangement Console. I have asked them to use the link to JoinCompany, but he is getting the error saying that the account has not been verified on the browser.

They don't seem to have the initiall email anymore. Can this be sent again?

This was resolved by contacting the Teamviewer Support and registering the issue with them.

They were able to resend out the validation email to the user and they could then click the JoinCompany link
