I want to cancel my subscription however it keeps taking me round and round

    You can submit a cancellation request for your TeamViewer subscription license through the TeamViewer customer portal or by raising a support ticket.

    Please know that prior activation of the TeamViewer license or customer portal is required to access those systems.
