Wrong ID

Other team vievwer ID have one less digits and I cannot connect with him.

Is there any way to solve this

TeamViewer ID numbers for devices can either be nine or ten digits. Ex. 1 234 567 890 or 123 456 789

A TeamViewer ID number being only nine digits compared to ten will not cause connection issues. I would suggest performing the steps outlined below. (On both ends of the connection if physical access to the remote device is possible)

1. Check for Updates: Ensure your operating system (OS) and TeamViewer application are up to date.
   • Navigate to the system tray in the bottom right corner near the date and time, click the up arrow, locate the TeamViewer logo, right-click on it, and select Check for new version. Follow the prompts if any updates are available.
     
2. Hardclose TeamViewer: If your app is already up to date, repeat the steps above, but instead of checking for updates, select Exit TeamViewer.
   
3. Reopen and Sign In: After a brief wait, reopen the application. Check if you are still signed in by looking at the top right corner. If it says 'Sign in,' please do so. If you are still signed in, please sign out and back in, and then test please.
