My password is gone what do I do? Please help.
Hello, recently I can no longer see my password (which should be next to my ID). How is this possible and how do I solve this? I previously tried to create a fixed password - but it didn't work - since then I can't see my password, which should be next to my ID, anywhere anymore. I have already searched the Internet, tried everything - but unfortunately it has not worked yet. I'd love to hear from you. Kind regards, Boris

Hello @Borisabc
Welcome to our Community and thank you for your first post! 🌏️
It sounds like your password setting is set to disabled rather than it being set to a character count. You will need to open the TeamViewer application on the device in question, then go to the settings/options (gear/cogwheel symbol), advanced, and then open advanced settings.
You will want to click the Security tab in the pop-up window, then look under the section titled Random Password, you will see the words Password strength. Next to this, you will most likely see the word Disabled. You will want to click that word to show a drop-down menu and select any character count of your choice.
Once you have a character count selected, you will want to click the Ok button in the bottom right corner of the pop-up window and when you check for a password, you will then see one now.
Let us know how it goes and if you need further help. 👍️0 -
Unfortunately I have already tried that and it didn't work. What do I do?
