I have a valid licence, but teamviewer keeps showing it is the free version

    As a first step, could you please double-check that you are logged in with your licensed account correctly?

    A screenshot of your TeamViewer Client where the message of the free usage is shown would also be helpful. (please don't forget to make your ID and password, … unrecognizable).
