Is there a limit to the amount of staff accounts I can create within our parent account?

We have the plan that allows for 3 concurrent sessions, but I'm not sure if there's a limit to the staff accounts we can create.

We have 60+ people, and I don't recall it asking for people to create an account in order to use it, but it was reported to me today that they cannot get in on the free version.

    Thanks for first post and welcome to our Community!

    By the description you provided, you have a Corporate license. According to our webshop the Corporate license allows 30 licensed user - which means that you can have up to 30 accounts listed on your company profile to divide the 3 channels for concurrent sessions.

    Also, please remember that only the user who starts the connection needs to have a license. The partner device that receives the connection don't need to be listed as a licensed user, the remote side can use the free version to receive the connection from a licensed user.
