Unable to reach admin settings

When attempting to access the admin settings via https://web.teamviewer.com/ a popup appears in the foreground requesting to enter a company name.

When entering a company name it displays the error within the attached screenshot.

How do I solve this?

This message occurs when another account already created the company profile for this license. Therefore, the primary account has administrative rights. Do you remember which account was used to create the company profile? If yes, try to login using this account to add other administrators.
