Hi, how do I move devices from Bookmarked devices to Managed devices.
And what are the differences between these two features?

Bookmarked devices and managed devices belong to separate systems. To add managed devices, the setup for "managing devices" must be completed directly on the remote device you want to control. For detailed instructions, please refer to the relevant support articles below:
If the remote device has TeamViewer Host installed: Manage devices using Host
If the remote device has TeamViewer Full Client installed: Manage devices using TeamViewer Full Client
If the remote device is an Android mobile device : Manage devices on Android devices
You can also remotely connect to a bookmarked device and "manage the device" during an attended session. However, this requires someone to be physically present at the remote device to initiate the session—typically by responding to a prompt or entering a password. We have 100s of 'bookmarked' devices, which basically leaves us in the dirt with the new update. We need a way of mass moving these to managed devices as most of our devices are showing under the booked marked folder - this really isn't ideal for an IT support team using your application to assist people with their own IT issues; Ironic when we can't get onto their computers to even look. Please can you advise on how we move these over to managed without days and days of work
