Why has my subscription not been activated. the invoice was already issued but it's not active

Please know that activation of the TeamViewer license is required after purchasing it, and an activation link is needed for the activation process.
To locate the activation link, could you please check all email inboxes, including a spam folder?
Upon to activation, licensed connections can be established after signing in with your licensed TeamViewer account!

Thank you. I appreciate your answer 🙏, but I already was a free member and all things were activated now I have upgraded my plan, and the payment is done, but I still appear as a free member
