[Action Needed] Please confirm your order - AccID ### - EMAIL Confirmation not working

I paid for a personal license on 15th Sep. I received an email to confirm my order:

I tried to reply to the email, send a separate email but I get auto-notifications that my email was not delivered.

Your email couldn't be forwarded from accountconfirmation@teamviewer.com to another email address.


Security or policy settings at teamviewer.com have rejected your message.

I also tried to call on the given phone number and it seems it is not in use. I tried to create a support ticket but I cannot create one because I do not own a license yet nor I can seek help via phone for the same reason.

What should one do in such scenario, they have charged me for a year already but there is no way I can reach them for assistance. What a painful process for to welcome a new customer.
