Single user license
I purchased a single-user license for temporary access to connect to clinics to resolve their issues remotely for a year. However, I have encountered a limitation error that was not mentioned at the time of purchase. Now, I need to inform my company that I am unable to connect to the clinics. Can you please help me figure out how to resolve this matter?

Thanks for posting in our Community!According to our article Licenses overview, the Remote Access license has a restriction on the number of partner devices and a restriction for how often you can replace them.
Your movements should be reset on the 1st of each month.
