What determines Teamviewer ID?

We have single image and flash it on different systems until Teamviewer 14.x.x we use to get single Teamviewer id assigned.

Now since we updated to 15.55.3 we are sometimes assigned same id for multiple PCs.

I want to know what determines the Teamviewer ID generation and how i can guarantee unique id for each hardware.
