Teamviewer Black Screen Option enabled while remote computer screen is not black.

Hello Teamviewer Community,

Recently, I learned that the teamviewer remote black screen option fails continuously. I have tried it in many computers and sometimes it works and sometimes not. The most annoying thing is that in my computer it shows the remote black screen option checked/ enabled, while actually the remote pc is still not black and the customer is able to see every movement, though I was think it was black. Tried it on many computers, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt. Received support from teamviewer, to completely uninstall and reinstall a new version, but the problem still persists, not solved 100%. So loosing trust on this issue, I have to install another free remote desktop connection like *bleep* and cross check if the screen in the *bleep* is blocked or not. Anyone, with similar problems, who managed to solve it, please advice. Thank you.
