Unable to connect

When I hit the Connect button, it Aborts before anything happens and returns to connect. I can connect from the other computer to this one but not vice versa as of the last two days.

    I was helping my sister remotely, and then she restarted her computer. When we tried to reconnect through TW we couldn't: as soon as I enter her ID and click connect, it aborts inmediately. I checked and her ID is correct, and she says she sees her TW's green dot 'blink' every time I try to connect. It simply aborts as soon as I hit connect, no chance of getting the enter password popup window...

    We tried restarting both our TWs and even the computers themselves, but the issue persists... can someone please help?
