need to change the desktop that my subscription recognizes as the computer to access into
my original desktop at work has stopped working. I have a new desktop that im setting up and need to change the computer to the new computer to log into and see to work remotely. i have been able to add the new device(desktop) however it won't let me "connect" as it is not highlighted in blue and i am confused as to whether T.V. thinks it is another remote device im using to see my old non working computer?

Thanks for your question and welcome to our Community!Each device has a TeamViewer ID; therefore, you will need to add the new device to your device list.
To set up unattended access to this device follow the steps in our article:
📌Note: Please know that you can set up unattended access to both TeamViewer Remote Full Client and TeamViewer Host, but TeamViewer Host only receives connections - If you need to start and receive remote sessions with the new device, you must use TeamViewer Remote Full Client.I hope it helps!
