Doro 8100 phone problems with out of date Teamviewer versions

All I want to do is support my Mum when she has difficulties with her new Doro 8100.

Having set everything else up on her phone without difficulty I'm having difficulties with Teamviewer remote.

The brand new Doro phone has out of date Teamviewer (TV). Thats what Teamviewer remote told me when i tried connecting. I was also unable to connect from my phone.

Doro support told me to delete and reinstall Teamviewer so i deleted and reinstalled the Team viewer app called Teamviewer Add-on Doro (I thought this was the only TV app ).

I now discover Quicksupport is on the phone and thats what Doro meant for me to delete and reinstall. But Quicksupport is not on Google Play! Teamviewer Quicksupport is. I suspect if I uninstall Quicksupport and download Teamviewer Quicksupport we may not be able to find Quicksupport via the "EASY" menu system that is installed on the Doro phone.

Is there anyone out there who has expereince of this problem and can advise me please
