Connectivity Issue since Oct8, 2024 incident

I've been unable to connect to my remote hosts since authentication issue on Oct 8, 2024
Checked my system log, and found the following error that seems to be relevant. Not sure if it is a server side issue. Or, if there's a change in connectivity configurations which causes block by router on my or user's end. Appreciate some insight. Thanks

Update - problem still persists several hours after reinstalling the TeamViewer app...
The issue seems to only occurs when my phone is not connected to a Wifi, but instead, connecting internet via mobile data.
Is it possible that the telecomm co has some firewall or security policy blocking the traffic?
