We're sorry to hear that they couldn't connect to your computer. We would need more details to investigate the possible root cause of the issue.
When they tried connecting to your computer, was there any error message on your or their side?
Please make sure to install the latest version of TeamViewer and try to establish the connection again. Also, if possible, you can try to connect to your computer with another device on your side (a computer or mobile device).
