Can't connect to Ubuntu Server 24.02 host from Windows 10 client anymore.

The computers are both signed in under my account with Easy Access enabled for the Ubuntu Server computer. This used to work fine until I had my server shut off for several months. Now when i try to connect it attempts for a few minutes before giving up. My log from a recent attempt:
