Connectivity Issue - Connection Timeout

I've been unable to connect to my PC host and Android phone hosts for a couple of days now. I've checked my PC host TV log, please see below

It seems the connection keeps getting timeout for unknown reason. The timeout takes place in only 5 seconds after attempting to connect. And it leads to "router connection failed" error

Not sure if it is my local network problem, or server side issue? On my end, I didn't change any network configs. I've tried reinstalling all the TV apps on both server and client ends.

Appreciate any advice on the reason why connection is getting timeout. Thanks

    I have same issue which start form 9 oct hk time morning

    all my teamviewer client or host if using 4g router, it cannot connect . but if I am using broadband wifi, it is ok

    I'm from HK too, and my connectivity issue also started around the same time as you did. It feels like there's an issue with the router server in HK... Per my log, it seems to be related to hk-hkg-anx-r002.router.teamviewer.com

    But I'm not a licensed user, and cannot raise a ticket

    I create ticket, waiting for result. by the way seem many csl 4g teamviewer client have this isse

    because we have many site is using csl 4g plan , and we need connect them always

    I also created a ticket. They are working on it. Our users who are using CSL and Netvigator also can't use Teamviewer now.
