Incompatibility with DSS client software

When I try to connect to a device where the DSS Client software is installed (for viewing Dahua cameras), TeamViewer crashes and closes.
Does anyone have similar problems?
The device I want to connect from is under the company domain, if I try to connect from a free device everything works correctly.
