It says "Support for licensed user only". Isn't it funny? Because I am not licensed user. I'm trying to get license. It's been almost 12 hours and my account still shows as free.

Have your issue resolved? I have the same problem. This was really a joke.
They told me:"No active subscriptions available. If you have recently requested any alterations in your contract or upgraded your license, it may take up to 30 minutes for these changes to appear in the Customer Portal. We appreciate your patience during this process."
But it's been 12 hours and my account still shows as free.
