Teamviewer User Email not able to be changed

I am a Company Administrator of Teamviewer, and when I try to change email for one of our users, and it shows me this error.

I worked together with the user to verify the email; however it shows account & password error when the user clicked the Verify button from the notification. When the user changed to the original email with same password it can log in successfully.

Can anyone tell me how I can update email successfully, or how can I find Teamviewer support who can help modify the email successfully from backend?
