Why do TeamViewer make it difficult to speak to someone?

Just curious as to why TeamViewer make it difficult for their customers to contact support?

A person called Davit just ended live chat without a reason

Their support dashboard is no help either!

Logging in via their TeamViewer client, nothing on the help section to contact support

and when you try and submit a ticket just opens up the web application straight to the home screen?
