Theft : Check exactly when a device went offline
I provide coumputer support for an elderly neighbour and I use the free Teamviewer account to fix her issues. I agreed that I could have direct access without passwords on her machine and as such it shows up in my list of Computers and Contacts.
Unfortunatley she had a burglary and they took her laptop, on my list of Computers it says that her computer went Offline 2 days ago. Which I perceive is when her laptop disconnected from her home wifi network when it was taken from her home.
Is there any way I can get a time rather than day from this as it would help in narrowing down the time for people in the neighbourhood to check their CCTV cameras ?

Hi @SIW1973,
Thank you for posting in our Community!
We're sorry to hear about what happened to your neighbor.
If your neighbor has already contacted your local police department, the next step is to email privacy@teamviewer.com, explaining the situation and your request.
Don't hesitate to include all the information from your neighbor's laptop, such as the TeamViewer ID, the day it happened.
Wishing you and your neighbor all the best,
Jen

@JenW thanks for this.
We are unsure as to the exact day that the theft occured as it was in an unoccupied property, just within a couple of days. So to confirm you can identify when a TeamViewer Remote Free Account was last online if we provide the relevant details ?

@JenW I was checking every hour or so as to when the offline went from 2 to 3 days and it just switched at about 18:30 UK DST today. Can you advise how the changing from Summer Time to Daylight Saving time would effect the timing as the clocks changed between the two on Sunday morning UK time.
Is the "days" literal based , 18:30 Friday to 18:30 Monday, or is it calculated by hours (72), which would mean 17:30 Friday as we "lost" an hour early Sunday AM.
