What Is My User Doing?

I've tested remote viewing on my iPhone. I have a remote user who installs the QuickSupport app on his iPhone. We get to "Start Broadcast". I can remotely see the seconds incrementing on his phone. I ask him to "swipe up from the bottom of his phone", and when he does, the connection breaks and he sees "Start Broadcast".

I have tried to recreate this on my iPhone but have been unable to figure out why it's not working for him. I cannot support him further, at this point. What is he doing? The only thing I can think of is that he's trying to swipe up from where it says "Stop Broadcast".

    Hi @MWatsonANB,

    Welcome to the TeamViewer Community!

I am happy that the TeamViewer remote connection works successfully on your and the remote user's iPhones. However, when the remote user swipes from the bottom of the iPhone, it could be that the remote user accidentally leaves the TeamViewer remote session and moves into the iPhone backend for the programs. As long as the remote user quickly re-enters the remote session, it will be fine to continue. Or simply ask the remote user to perform the swipe action within the connection window to resume the remote connection.

Let me know if my explanation helps in your case.

    Best,
