Setup Document Available?

I just installed Teamviewer on a newly configured Raspberry Pi 5. When I open it, I am presented with a setup screen with dozens of settings, none of which I understand.

Is there a .PDF doc online somewhere that explains in simple non-programmer language what the settings mean and the best way for me to set them? I know there are a few suggestions in the setup screen, but I don't understand them either.
