first time user office computer is showing as offline and I'm unable to connect to it

Welcome to our Community and thank you for your first post! 🌏️
A device will show offline if it does not meet one or more of the three requirements below.
First - The device needs to be fully booted and not in a sleep/hibernate mode.
Second - The device needs to have an active/working internet connection.
Three - The TeamViewer application needs to be running on the device.
I would suggest reviewing these requirements and then making sure the device in question meets all three.
