Pop up that won't go away and now blank screen after trying to trouble shoot.
I had a pop up on my teamViewer over the sign in or connect page that I could not close no matter what I did. It was a "welcome to TeamViewer" with a choice to click "continue" or "learn more", I could not click on either one of these choices and could not close it either. This was for 2 days. I went to try and trouble shoot this, with TeamViewer, I added my computer as a trusted device. I should not have needed to do that, because I have been using this computer with this program for years. Now when I open my Icon I have a blank screen. Any help? I can't update the program because my mom will not be able to update her end, because she has Demetia, this is why I use this program, to help her.
