It seems that you already have TeamViewer installed on your device and TeamViewer service is running in the background. Is your device a Windows OS? If yes, please check the tray next to the time/date:
Could you provide us with more details about what is your use case? I would like to understand a little bit better what your need is (e.g., do you want to uninstall TeamViewer, do you want to open a QuickSupport from someone else but you already use TeamViewer, you have a Host and you want to use TeamViewer remote instead, etc.)
