How to simply connect my Win10 PC in the livig room to a Raspi5 in the loft

I just need to remotely drive a Raspi5 in my loft from a Win10 PC in my living room. I'm trying TeamViewer , followed all the configs on Win10 and on the Raspi5 but it seems mission impossible. The procedure is highly combersome and after two day of fight I can see the Rsaspy5 "migrated" but any attempt co connect it from the Win10 PC just leads me to emdless loop to / from TeamViewer site control panel barring me to get the Raspi5 under control.

    After tweaking with options the best result I got is the one shown in the picture where the connection i attempted bu neve comes up. A message says that the raspberry or is non connected to my WiFI or the TeamViewer Host is not running on Raspberry. Both condition instead are actually met: the connection to the WiFi is active, the TeamViewer Host is also running.
